Features:
The JPL series of mobile inspection well and drainage pipe lining mortar spraying machines include German NORD mechanical variable speed drive motors, which are different from frequency conversion speed regulation and have high working stability. The pressure sensor is remotely controlled, and is equipped with a screw pump anti-wear limit control and an expansion and contraction mechanism. It is also equipped with a screw pump rotor and stator slide mechanism that can be loaded and unloaded at the job site immediately to solve the problem of updating the screw pump during operation. The working pressure and displacement are steplessly regulated and suitable for conveying and spraying various polymer slurries.
Mixed mortar should be installed in a vertical mixing body with a combination of inwardly curved stirring blades, so that the mortar mixing can produce strong radial flow and axial flow to form a multi-flow staggered circulating vortex. The contact surface between the mixing combinations is large, and the size of the slurry particles is reduced. Small, the wrapping of aggregates is significantly improved, and the mixture is fully mixed.
It is equipped with moving wheels for moving work on the ground. The products are divided into lightweight models, mechanical variable speed drive models, variable frequency speed regulation models, and large displacement models.
Application areas: It is used for in-situ centrifugal spray repair (CCCP) of trenchless pipeline inspection well linings, and is widely used in building surface spraying, decoration, mortar transportation, pressure grouting and other engineering fields.
